He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Frances Thomas; his daughter Tawanna Thomas; and his stepson Bobby Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Thomas (Sullivan-Johnson) of Sturgis; his children, LaDreanna Chambers Sr. (Marshall) of Henderson, Theodore Thomas Jr. (Akwa) of Nashville, Tonya Hayes Sr. (Anthony) of Henderson, Rebekah Cook (Jackie) of Evansville, Carla Cawthon (Steven) of Murfreesboro, Darlene Prather of Henderson, Steven Thomas (Laura) of Evansville, Edward Thomas of Henderson and Shonna Thomas of Henderson; the mother of his children Gloria Thomas of Henderson; his sister Christina Leslie of Los Angeles, California; his sisters-in-law, Vivian Thomas of Chicago, Edith Hall and Joyce Williams; his stepchildren, Patrick Johnson, James Johnson (Martina), Gerald Johnson, Chris Johnson and William Johnson (Tiffany); his parents-in-law, Phyllis Sullivan, Esther Allen, Nathan Sullivan (Irma), Elizabeth Sabir (Ramedan), Phillip Sullivan (Pam), Walter Sullivan and Shirley Carter (Newland); and his cousins, Sturgis Church of God, Terry, Angela McGuire, James, Leslie and Samuel Everhart. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
