He is survived by: his wife Rochelle "Nunu" Burks; his daughter Chivon Burks Whitlock (Troy); his sisters, Sharon Kinard Combs of Louisville, KY, Zelinda Fellows of Morganfield, KY, Clara Caldwell (Renwick) of Orlando, FL and Vanessa Lee; and his stepsiblings, Doris Mack (John) of Morganfield, KY, Joyce Pettie Morris, Charles Davis (Dab) and David Pettie (Mae). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
