She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mattingly and Carol Mattingly; her husband William "Bill" Heppler; and her sister Nancy Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, William "Tim" Heppler (Mary Kay) of Sturgis, KY and Jerry Heppler (Bobbie Sue) of Sturgis, KY; her sister Bonita Hatfield of Marion, KY; and her grandchildren, Emily Dominguez, Matthew Heppler, Nathan Heppler and Jerrad Heppler. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
