It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Lee Collins (Sturgis, Kentucky), who passed away on January 17, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Collins and Rita Russelburg Collins (Russelburg); and his brother Joey Collins. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Toby Lee Whitson and Robby Jones of Sturgis, KY. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, and Uncles.

Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society.
