He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Holt and LauTrieve Holt; his siblings, Betty Sue Rich and Dr. Timothy Holt; and his wife Judy Henshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Allison Thweatt (Gary) of Sturgis, KY and Larry Holt (Stacy) of Sturgis, KY; and his grandchildren, Dillon Thweatt of Murray, KY, Cortney Holt Owens of Paducah, KY, Mackenzie Holt Rhea of Waverly, KY, Alli Thweatt Christiani of Sellersburg, IN and Will Thweatt of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
