He is survived by: his children, Travis Perkins (Amanda) of Somerset, Danielle Barlow (Bruce) and Leamon Perkins (Lisa); his grandchildren, Billy Perkins (Miranda) of Pine Knot, Bruce Perkins (Jessica) of Pine Knot, Samantha Moore of Somerset and Jake Barlow (Nicole) of Summerville; his great grandchildren, Rebekah, Amelyah, Lydiah, Jase Perkins of Pine Knot, LilyAnne, Weston Perkins of Pine Knot, Aleah Moore, Lexi Turner and Caisen Van Lucas of Science Hill, Kentucky; and his siblings, Betty Stanley (Paul) and Paul Perkins (Patricia) of Oneida, Tennessee. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
