He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Lloyd, Nola Trammell, Clyde "Pat" and Othela Duncan. He is survived by : his children, Madison and Justin Duncan of Oneida, TN; his parents, Tim Duncan and Joyce Duncan; his sister Stacy Duncan Lowe of Strunk, KY; his aunts, Shirley Cox (William) of Williamsburg, KY, Betty Hicks of Strunk, KY, Anita Muse of Pioneer, TN, Linda York (Ronnie) of Robbins, TN and Tina Lloyd (Bill) of Mt. View, TN; his cousins, Samantha, Katie, Will Cox of Williamsburg, KY, Toby Jeffers of Pioneer, TN, Stefanie Warren of Somerset, KY, Matthew Hicks of Strunk, KY, Ron, Brandon York of Robbins, TN, Bradley Lloyd of Nashville, TN, Brent Lloyd of Knoxville, TN and Blake Lloyd of Mt. View, TN; his nephew Jonathan Lowe; and his close friend Riley Lowe. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home (18641 Alberta St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
