She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Crabtree and Patty Crabtree (Branscum); and her father-in-law Leamon Spradlin. She is survived by: her husband Jason Wade Spradlin of Strunk; her daughter Jaden Paige Spradlin of Strunk; her siblings, Frank Crabtree of Somerset, Steve Crabtree of Somerset, Jenny Ross of Georgia and Cheryl Reynolds of Stearns; her mother-in-law Jureda Spradlin of Strunk; her sister-in-law Yvonne Minton (Billy) of Horse Cave; and her aunt Kathleen Marnhout-Foley of Whitley City. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
