He is survived by: his wife Katherine Stephens (Taylor); his children, Randall Stephens (April) and Lisa Hutson of Strunk; his siblings, Roscoe Stephens (Drenda) of Strunk, Burtis Stephens of Strunk, TIm Stephens (Carolyn) of Strunk, Phillip Stephens (Terri) of Strunk, Tommy Stephens (Gertie) of Jellico, Kentucky, Wanda Johnson of Pine Knot and Judy Baird Campbell (Bill) of Jamestown, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Brandon (Tawnie), Kaylee, Aleyah, Kenzlee and Gavin; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Kason.
