She was predeceased by: her mother Lois Jean Trammell (Thompson). She is survived by: her father Johnny Dewayne Trammell of Strunk, Kentucky; her siblings, David Trammell (Theresa) of Strunk, Kentucky and Rhonda Tapley (Ronald) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Stormi Lyons, Asher Lyons, Noella Lyons and Haisley Trammell; and also Taylor Trammell. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
