She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wayne Evans and Agnes Mae Davis (Ellenberg); her son Zackery Louis Dean Ross; her siblings, James Carmel Evans, Robert Lee Evans and Karen Marie Phillips (Evans); and her stepfather Clarence Davis.
She is survived by: her son Justin Tyle Lee Ross of Strunk; her sister Monica Bowling (Daniel); her niece Michelle Phillips; her great-niece Olivia Bruce of Pine Knot, Kentucky; her nephew David "Anthony" Lee; her great-nephew Hunter Phillips of Strunk; and her brother-in-law David Lee Phillips of Stearns, Kentucky.
