He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Spinelli of Ft. Myers, Darrell Duncan of Dryridge, Shirley Stamper of Covington and Kimberly Duncan of Stephens City, Virginia; his grandchildren, Tonya Brock, Kortney Anderson and Erica Duncan; and his siblings, A. Y. Duncan (Marilyn) of Strunk, Kentucky and Bonnie Stephens (Morris) of Winfield, Tennessee..
