He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Hughes; and his parents, Thomas Hughes and Ethel Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Randall Hughes, Jr., Mark Allen Hughes, Sharron Luers (Jack), Thomas James Hughes and Carolyn Masten (Rob); and his siblings, Thomas W. Hughes (Nancy), Linda Vollmer (late Howard), Cheryl Eilerman (Robert), Nancy Polly (Daniel) and Tamara Toppen (Dave). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
