With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathie Lee Spradlin of Strunk, Kentucky, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2024 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Thompson and Helen Thompson (Smith); her stepmother Lucille Jo Thompson; and her sisters, Bonnie Neeves, Doris Collins, Pam Thompson and Lois Trammell.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Joe Spradlin of Strunk, Kentucky; her daughter Crystal Spradlin of Strunk, Kentucky; her siblings, Dale Thompson (Annette) of Jackson, Randall Thompson (Kathy) of Strunk, Kentucky, Peggy Carnes of Erlanger, Carol Sorrell (Jerry) of Louisiana and Judy Campbell (Dale) of Covington, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Larry Creekmore (Savannah) and Dakota Creekmore (Angela); and her great grandchildren, Rayden Creekmore, Letty Creekmore, Ramzai Creekmore, Rae'Lynn Creekmore, Houston Creekmore, Xavier Creekmore and Darcey Creekmore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
