It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Creekmore of Strunk, Kentucky, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Boyatt and Flora Boyatt (Tapley); and her sister Linda Strunk. She is survived by: her husband Jack Creekmore; her children, Amber Madden (Robert) of London, Kentucky and Justin Creekmore of Strunk; and her grandson Jaxon Creekmore.
