He is survived by: his grandson Shasta Crabtree (Andrews) of Strunk, KY; his former wife Bonita Brown of Pine Knot, KY; his siblings, Don Waters (Charlotte) of Daleville, IN, David Waters (Wilma) of Daleville, IN, John Waters (Rachel) of Stearns, KY. and Louise Spradlin (Waters) of Daleville, IN.; and his children, Skyler Meadows, Sidney Slaven, Shaelyn Slaven, Allyson Crabtree, Zoey Crabtree, Cole Crabtree, Isaiah and Brynlee Slaven.
