He is survived by: his mother Jureda Spradlin (Posey) of Strunk; his daughter Jaden Paige Spradlin of Strunk; his sister Yvonne Minton (Billy) of Horse Cave, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan Posey (Shea), Jessca Posey (Mike), Rian Spradlin and Aryanna Spradlin.
