She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Allen Ross (Tasha) of Strunk, Kentucky, Misty Hicks (Austin) of Strunk, Kentucky, Christy Coffey (Andrew) of Monticello, Kentucky and Diana Koger of Georgia; her brothers, Tod Spradlin of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Lowell Buster Spradlin of Strunk, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Caleb Hansford, Madison Hansford, Kaeli Pitman, Andrea Coffey, Bryan Koger, Brittany Smith, Christopher Hale, McKenna Cowan, Lucas Eldridge and Gracie Eldridge; and her great grandchildren, Wade Foster, Mason Smith, Levi Smith, Luke Koger, Kamryn Hale, Adley Hale and Addison Koger.
