He is survived by: his parents, James Waters and Rosetta Waters (Kilby) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his wife Ginnie Waters (Gibson); his children, James Harley Waters (Skylar Everhart) and Ali Chevelle Waters (Ethan Tucker); his siblings, Carrie Rose Yancey of Wartburg, Tennessee and Tony White (Teresa) of Strunk, Kentucky; and his friend Daniel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
