He is survived by: his children, Shannon Jewell of Strunk, Gary Ale King of Strunk and Jamie King Smith (Ranson) of Somerset, Kentucky; his siblings, Dallas King (Kathy) of Hawaii, Alice Carson (Ted) of Oneida, Kathy King of Pine Knot, Sara Bolduc (James) of St. Cloud and Rebecca Moore; and his grandchildren, Natalie Smith and Garrett Smith.
