With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Forest Melvin Spradlin of Strunk, Kentucky, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Roscoe Charles Spradlin and Judy Elizabeth Spradlin (Watson); and his brother Morris Wayne Spradlin. He is survived by : his wife Ruby Kay Spradlin (Kelly); his sons, Forest Melvin Spradlin, Jr. (Tonia) of Fishers and Anthony Wayne Spradlin of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, James Noah, Bethany Anne and Noah Andrew Spradlin; and his great grandchild Caroline Noelle.
