She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Watson and Rebecca Watson (Dolen); her husband Everett J. Neal; her son William "Bill" Neal; her children-in-law, Linda Neal and Cliff Crabtree; her brothers, Daniel Webster Watson, Oscar Watson, Mitchell Watson, Darris Watson, William Peter Watson, Charlie Watson and Kenneth Watson; her granddaughter Rebecca Dawn Snider; and her son-in-law George Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie E. Neal (Lydia) of Sidney, Larry D. Neal of Helenwood, Kathy Moore of Strunk, Barbara Zimmerman (Chuck) of Waynesville, Linda Crabtree of Pine Knot, Bruce Neal (Cynthia) of Pine Knot and Chris Neal of Strunk; and her sister Lois Larson of Waynesville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
