He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Musgrove and Gladys Musgrove (Stevens); and his brothers, Lloyd Musgrove, Billy Musgrove and Delmer Musgrove.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Musgrove of Strunk, KY., Stella Clark of Strunk, KY. and Lois Shoopman (Roger) of Revelo, KY.; and his stepsons, Rick and Steve Stephens.
