It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Davy Neal of Strunk, Kentucky, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Neal and Magdeline Neal (Lay); and his siblings, Gail Neal, Eileen Marion, Jack and Delmar Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Neal (Brown); his sister Ella Moore of Pine Knot; his daughter Diana Rines of Myrtle Beach; his grandchildren, Kadien, Robert and Shawn Rines, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Tina, Tammy, Angela, Bridget, Krystal, Lisa, Anthony, Jeff, Richard, Bradley and Zeke.
