It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Boone (Strunk, Kentucky), who passed away on December 28, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Boone and Lessie Meadows; his daughter Amber Danyel Boone; his grandson Tyler Boone; his significant other Lena Phelps; and his siblings, Rev. James M McGuffey, Tommy L McGuffey, Phyllis A Watters, Ernest Roy McGuffey, Don C McGuffey and Steven M Boone.
He is survived by: his children, Lessie "Jinny" White (Jim), Danny E. Boone and Steve Boone; his siblings, Harold McGuffey (Dixie) and Jennie Sipe (Grady); and his stepsiblings, Jimmy Meadows (Judy), Roberta Ledbetter and Julie Spradlin (Hural). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and very special friends.
