He is survived by: his father Bronnie Vaughn of Strunk, Kentucky; his wife Lena R. Vaughn (Murphy) of Strunk, Kentucky; his mother Kim Montgomery (Privett) of Stearns, Kentucky; his sons, Nathan Goins of Whitley City, Tyler Goins of Whitley City and Devon Goins of Strunk, Kentucky; his brothers, Tyler Vaughn (Heather) and Ryan Privett of Bristol, Indiana; his grandchildren, Taelynn and Jacey; his mother-in-law Mary Daugherty of Strunk; his grandmother Nancy Privett; and his grandsons, Scotty and Bryce. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
