He is survived by: his wife Shirley Waters (Winchester) of Strunk; his sons, Jack R. Waters (Janice) of Somerset, Steven W. Waters (Jean) of Stearns and Timothy L. Waters of Strunk; his grandchildren, Jeremy Waters (Rebecca), Jennifer Cecil (Chris), James Waters (Amber), Stacy Kidd (Dustin), Steven W. Waters II (Taylor), Kristin Seidelman (Dan) and Brett Kidd (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Jacob Cecil, Addison Cecil, Isaac Waters, Emma Waters, Abigail Kidd, David Waters, Brooklyn Kidd, Bradlee Waters, Ella Seidelman, Caleb Kidd and Audrey Kidd.
