She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeb Perry and Dessie Perry (Sumner); her husbands, Edward Shirley and Bill Webb; her son James Shirley; and her siblings, George Perry, Ezra Perry, Willard Perry, Lizzie Perry and Wanda Strunk.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Bryant of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Gerald Shirley of Sunbright, Judy Lowe of Strunk, Doug Shirley of Strunk, Bonnie Phillips (Terry) of Clinton, Barbara Leach of Strunk and Michael Shirley of Pine Knot, Kentucky; her siblings, Dillard Perry of Whitley City, Kentucky, Winona Hatfield of Whitley City and Geraldine Perry of Whitley City, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Earl Bryant, Charlotte Bilotta, Natasha Lowe, Renada Lowe, Jessica Lowe, Anthony Leach, Douglas Wagers, Christa Shirley, Bobby Ray Shirley, David Lee Shirley, Anthony Wayne Shirley, Michael Gilreath, Harley Nicole Gilreath, Saundra Osborne Siler and Justin Bolton. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
