It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Duncan of Strunk, Kentucky, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Duncan and Pearl Tapley (Winchester); his wife Betty Lou Duncan (Winchester); and his siblings, Elbert, Delbert Miller, Ruth Hollars, Genelle Holder and Evelyn Grubb.
He is survived by: his children, William Duncan (Teresa) of Somerset, David Duncan (Melissa) of Somerset and Susie Albano; his siblings, James Henry Tapley, Volene Ammon, Dorothy Phillips, Brenda Smith Imogene Sorel (Robert) and Linda Tapley; and his grandchildren, Tammy Colbaugh, Mathew Duncan, Candy Runyon, Ashley Stonecipher (Michael), Breanna (Fiance' Tyler Walker), Kahlan Duncan, Lucas King and Courtney King-Taylor (Courtney). He is also survived by 8 Great grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
