It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Duncan (Strunk, Kentucky), who passed away on July 28, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Johnson, Doyle, Bob, Joe, Coleman Winchester and Susie Winchester.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Duncan; her son William Duncan; her daughters-in-law, Teresa Duncan of Somerset and Pamela Duncan of Whitley City; her sister Geneva Winchester Wilson; her sister-in-law Vella Winchester of Pine Knot; and her grandchildren, Tammy Colbaugh of Whitley City, Mathew Duncan of Glasgow, Candy Runyon of Glasgow, Ashley Stonecipher (Michael) of Bronston, Breanna and Kahlan Duncan of Somerset.
