She is survived by: her son Wiley Smith (Nedia Hurley Adkins) of Lower Elk; and her granddaughter Debbie Cisco (Mack) of Kimper, Kentucky.. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephew and her extended family & friends.
