She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. Hurley and Carole Hurley; her former husband John Daniels; her husband Terry Brizendine; and her brother Shane Hurley.
She is survived by: her children, Austin (Marylou Hurley) and Caitlyn (Jessie Lopez); and her siblings, Shannon Hurley (Angie) of Grundy and Diana (Bryan Muntz).
