A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 7:00 AM at the Jones & West Funeral Home (37035 KY-194, Phelps, KY 41553). Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made directly to the funeral home to help offset services.
