She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Blankenship and Myrtle "Prater" Blankenship; her daughter April Adkins; and her siblings, Joseph Blankenship Jr., Emzie Blankenship, Pearlie, Josie, Hester, Ruthie and Rosie.
