He is survived by: his children, Danny Duty (Cindy) of Majestic, KY, Barry Duty (Kimberly) of Phelps, KY, Gary Duty (Debra) of Phelps, KY, Homer Duty (Bonnie) of Stopover, KY, Hubert Duty (Cathy Hass) of Majestic, KY, Angela Walters (William) of Independence, KY, Sheila Justice (Steven) of Stopover, KY, Marcella Sanner (George) of Ocala, FL and Emily Morrison (John Flege) of Independence, KY; his sister Kathy Osgood of Grove City, OH; and his nephew Rush Choate.
