He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Justice and Bessie Scott Justice; his children, Sterlin Victor Justice and Vanessa Lynn Duty; and his siblings, Wade Justice, Victor Justice, Sterlin "Dink" Justice and Mary Tammy Blankenship.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Justice; his children, Erlin "Bubby" Justice Jr. (Shelia) of Big Rock, VA and Jeannie Ann Blackburn (Allen) of Virgie; his siblings, Arnold Justice, Lewis Jay Justice, Ervin Justice, David Justice, Marie Casey and Joyce Justice; his grandchildren, Tammy, Zachary, Hayleigh, David Cook, Sterlin Jr. and Isaiah; and his great grandchildren, Mikila, Kentlie, Koven, Kashton and Remington.
