She is survived by: her husband Roscoe Prater of Stopover; her children, Andrea Blankenship (Dusty) of Stopover, Tabitha Prater Fannin of Majestic and Andrew Dalton Prater (Bree) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Kaylee Fannin (Jordan), Noah Blankenship and Jaxon Blankenship; her great grandchildren, Teagan and Andrew Reece; and her siblings, Rhonda Bartley of Pikeville, Wanda Dotson (Darvel) and Andy Darin Dotson (Jeannie) of Winchester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
