He is survived by: his sons, Sammy Dotson of Phelps, KY, David Hurley (Michelle) of Georgetown, KY and Clark Hurley of Stopover, KY; his brother Glen Stiltner of Phelps, KY; his grandchildren, Joseph Hurley, Samantha Tackett and Jacob Hurley; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Tackett and Bennett Hurley.
