We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Raymond Wayne Howard of Stoney Fork, Kentucky, born in Hazard, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Howard and Betty Katherine Southard Howard; and his brother Gary Howard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Helton Howard; his son Tim Howard (Viola); his stepchildren, Jerry Burnett, Barbara Price (Marc) and Kenny Burnett (Cheryl); his siblings, Kenny Howard and Betty Newman; and his close friend Kathy Vaughn. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery South East, 1280 Kentucky Highway 118, Hyden, Kentucky 41749.
