He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Gabbard and Madge Gabbard. He is survived by: his significant other Neva Fuson; his children, Toney Gabbard Jr. (Linda), April Gabbard and Kimberly Gabbard; his grandchildren, Heather Buchte (Devin), Jacob Gabbard, Elizabeth Gabbard, Madison Gerszewski and Landon Gerszewski; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Bristol and Phoenix. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
