She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Wagers and Ruth Jervis Wagers; her brother Fred Wagers; her niece Dena Flores; and her brothers-in-law, Herald Harris and Joe Flores.

She is survived by: her husband Cecil "C. H."; her son Jonathan Hoskins of Richmond, KY.; her siblings, Ezra Wagers of Manchester, KY., Ann Harris of Richmond, KY. and Della Flores; and her grandchildren, Dylan Hallin and Kate Hallin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
