He is survived by: his nephew Josh Swink; his wife Linda Swink of Stephensport; his daughters, Janet Sandage (Joe) of Custer, KY, Tiffany Swink of Ekron, KY and Dessie Jean Swink of Webster, KY; his grandchildren, Olivia, Landon and Emmitt; and his siblings, Kitty Swink of Lewisport, KY, Kathy Poe (Joe) of Lewisport, KY, Jeff Swink (Gina) of Rhodelia, KY and Ricky Swink of Lewisport. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
