He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wolford of Steele, KY; his sons, T. J. Hartman and Chris Hartman (Ashley) of McDowell, KY; his adoptive daughter Ashley West; his granddaughter Kaelyn West of Feds Creek, KY; his siblings, Larry Wolford (Patty) of Stopover, KY, Macie Blankenship (Eli) of Stopover, KY, Norma Jean Justice of Big Card, KY, Diane Hurley (Raymond) of Stopover, KY, Ellen Combs of Phelps, KY and Mae Blankenship (Frank) of Stopover, KY.; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Oakley and Emma. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Jones & West Funeral Home of Phelps (37035 KY-194, Phelps, KY 41553).
