He is survived by: his wife Jean Shook (Vaughn) of Stearns, Kentucky; his sons, David Shook (Beverly) of Stearns and Scott Shook (Reci) of Monticello, Kentucky; his siblings, Bruce Shook (Joan) of Monticello, Dale Shook of Stearns, Kentucky and Ellen Coffey (Phillip) of Stearns, Kentucky; his sister-in-law Roxanne Shook of Stearns, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Callie Shook, Maddie Shook, Jessica Perry, Dacey Shook (Noah), Kaira Shook (McKinnley), Zach Day, Courtney Durham, Tiffany Parriman and Jeremy Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Mia Moravec, Kendall Whitehead, Dylan Fultz and Jack Parriman.
