He is survived by: his wife Rachel Vaughn of Stearns; his daughters, Brooklyn Vaughn and Madison Vaughn of Stearns; his brother James Vaughn of Stearns; his uncles, Joseph Vaughn (Beverly) of Whitley City and Ernie Vaughn of Whitley City; his nephew Tajah Davis; his nieces, Jalie Vaughn of Stearns, Nevaeh Vaughn of Stearns and Chole Vaughn of Stearns; and his aunts and uncles, Brian Gibson, Thelma Gibson, Glenna Slaven, Irvin Creekmore, Randy Creekmore, Brody Chitwood and Dwayne Cassad. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
