He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Chuck" Meeks. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Watson (Grundy); his son Jacob Michael Perry (Victoria); his siblings, Doug Meeks, Juilena Watson (Brandon Tapley) and Paula Jo Penteger; and his grandchildren, Jacob Michael Perry Jr. and Deseray Grundy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
