She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Burke and Jessie Bryant Burke; her husband Don Phillips; her parents-in-law, Carey and Opal Prichard; her son-in-law Todd Kidd; her siblings, Cleston Ted Bryant and Betty Couch; and her sister-in-law Sue Dykes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Traci Kidd of Whitley City and Donna Madden of Winfield, Tennessee. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
