She is survived by: her children, Anthony Stephens (Vivian) of Whitley City, Kentucky, Deborah Bowman (Scott) of Pine Knot and Angela Barbour (Sonya) of Largo, Florida; her sisters, Patty Fedukovich of Oak Hill and Claudette Burton of Stearns, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Melissa, Megan, Ashley Jason Jesse, Jessica, Larry, Kevin, Codey and Allison; her great grandchildren, Austin, Jacob, Jayden, Abbie, Roslyn, Scarlett, Kyle Melody, Ian, Conner, Riley Annabelle, Codey Jr., Peyton, Kyler, Mia and Logan; and her great great grandchildren, Ivy Grace and Owen.
