He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Lewis and Delia Lewis (Ross); and his siblings, Vester Lewis and Joyce Davenport. He is survived by : his children, Susan Tucker (Kevin) of Whitley City, James Lewis (Rebecca) of Corbin and Robby Lewis (Leah) of Cincinnati, OH; and his stepdaughters, Rachel Abbott (Christopher) of Parkers Lake and Charlene Roberts of Stearns. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
