He is survived by: his children, Susan Tucker (Kevin) of Whitley City, James Lewis (Rebecca) of Corbin and Robby Lewis (Leah) of Cincinnati, OH; and his stepdaughters, Rachel Abbott (Christopher) of Parkers Lake and Charlene Roberts of Stearns. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
