He is survived by: his parents, Delbert Dolen and Dorothy Daugherty; his wife Mona Laxton (Coleman) of Stearns, Kentucky; his son Justin Artie Laxton of Stearns, Kentucky; his brothers, Mike Bell of Stearns, Bill Laxton of Stearns and Donnie Daugherty of Pine Knot, Kentucky; and his grandson Augustus Laxton.
